Privacy Policy

Operator and data controller: Panoramic Media, LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We decide how and why your personal data is used.

We store only: customer email, language preference, orders and membership status.

We never store anything you type into a calculator or a PDF. Calculators run entirely in your browser.

Waitlist: we store your email and language preference, and whether you confirmed your email.

Accounts: we store your email address to send you sign-in links and purchase confirmations.

Payments: our payment provider Paddle processes payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds as merchant of record.

Help chat: conversations are not saved. If you ask our team to reply, we keep your email, a one-line description and a short excerpt of the chat to answer you, and delete them after 30 days.

Cookies: we use only what is needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice.

Why we use it: to provide your purchases and account (contract), to send emails you asked for (consent), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).

Who receives it: our hosting and email providers, Paddle as merchant of record for sales, taxes and invoicing, professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires.

Business transfer: if Panoramic Media, LLC sells or transfers the Maid in Mexico business, customer and subscriber information may be transferred to the buyer, who will be bound by this policy.

Retention: waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; order records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@maidinmexico.com. We answer within 30 days.

Security: we use encryption in transit, private storage and restricted access to protect your data.
